About us

The Lakeview Family Health Team is a dynamic team of health professionals who provide primary care through the collaborative practice of family physicians and allied health professionals. The team of ten physicians, their office staff and the interdisciplinary team of professionals provide care at three locations, Brighton, Colborne and Quinte West (Trenton)

As the senior officer of the Lakeview Family Health Team, the Executive Director is accountable to the Board of Directors and has responsibility for the management and leadership of the team and associated resources. In addition, the Executive Director works collaboratively with the Family Health Organization to promote seamless patient and family care through programs and services.

Our organization is looking for an experienced and motivated Executive Director with a healthcare background. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the organization, setting the strategic direction, and overseeing the day-to-day operations. The Executive Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and systems to ensure the organization’s success. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for our mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the organization.
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, partners, and community members.
  • Monitor financial performance of the organization in accordance with annual operating plan
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and manage budgets.cies and procedures for the organization.
  • Collaboration and coordination with the Family Health Organization
