The Lakeview Family Health Team Board of Directors is a dedicated group committed to ensuring the highest standards of healthcare for our community. Our board consists of eight members, including physicians from the Brighton-Quinte West Family Health Organization, management staff from the Lakeview Family Health Team, and respected members of the communities we serve.
Our board plays a crucial role in guiding the strategic direction of our health team. They are responsible for setting high-level policies, hiring our Executive Director, allocating financial resources, and approving and monitoring our Annual Operating Plan. Their leadership ensures that we operate in a prudent, ethical, and cost-effective manner.
