Our Well Baby Program provides essential healthcare from birth to 24 months, ensuring your newborn has a healthy start. Led by Registered Nurses, the program includes comprehensive assessments, regular health checks, and immunizations according to Ontario’s public health guidelines.
What We Offer:
Routine Assessments: Scheduled at two, four, six, nine, twelve, fifteen, and eighteen months, each visit includes:
- Physical Assessment: A brief check of heart and lung sounds, height, weight, and head circumference.
- Developmental Reviews: Inquiries about your child’s eating habits, sleeping patterns, and overall development.
- Interactive Support: Opportunities for you to ask questions and voice any concerns in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
Eligibility and Joining the Program:
This program is available exclusively to rostered patients of physicians at the Brighton Quinte West Family Health Organization. To join, you will need a referral from your family physician.
